Quality Assurance

The CRN Proprietary Wireless Network is operated and all of our products are manufactured and tested in strict conformity with our high level quality system. Process and product quality is the overriding factor in everything we do to ensure that mission critical signals are properly captured, instantly decoded and immediately sent to the appropriate central monitoring station. Maintaining the highest level of subscriber protection is our guiding principal.

Quality Control

We continuously monitor and regularly test our Network Operations Center (NOC) software and hardware to provide fail-safe clearing of the mission critical data signals that we process. Back-up generators are fastidiously maintained and tested frequently. All of the products we manufacture for use in the CRN Wireless network are tested thoroughly before shipping for deployment into the field and programmed to send test signals daily back to the NOC. Customers are notified if devices they have deployed in the field are not properly reporting test signals.
